Anti-Corruption Policy
ANF follows a zero-tolerance policy on corruption. It has implemented an Anti-Corruption Policy that establishes concrete principles and guidelines for action aimed at guiding all its recipients and preventing non-conforming behaviour, reaffirming the commitment to preventing and combating corruption and conducting its business in accordance with the principles of loyalty, integrity, and transparency.
Risk Prevention Plan
Following the approval of the National Anti-Corruption Strategy 2020-2024, Decree-Law no. 109-E/2021, of December 9, came into force, creating the National Anti-Corruption Mechanism ("MENAC") and approving the General Regime for the Prevention of Corruption ("RGPC"). The RGPC made it mandatory for companies with 50 or more employees to implement a Normative Compliance Program that includes, among other instruments, a Plan for the Prevention of Corruption and Related Offences Risks.
